All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, delivery is in the hands of Canada Post. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with Canada Post if necessary.
